Censor --The Sorting Centrifuge

 

The CENSOR centrifuge is used to sort primarily plastic solids of differing densities at very sharp cuts. During the process, the product is washed using a minimal quantity of water. The resulting products are then available for high-quality reuse.Final product form can be a clean flake or filtered pellet.

    This technology has the capability of sorting PP, PA and Latex. Therefore, it lends itself to converting used carpeting into usable product. Consider the advantages of clearing our landfills from these bulky products and avoiding the costs of disposing them!
